Longarm Quilting Designs & Order Form

Below you will find design options, a detailed order form that you will need to print an complete, and information about caring for your quilt.

I have attached a complete list of quilt designs for you to choose from.
Please pick at least 2 or 3 designs and then we can review them together in order to select a final design for your quilt.
Once you have selected your design(s), there are page numbers at the bottom of each page that you can use as a reference.
For each quilt you will need to print and complete an order form which I have attached below.
